Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 5+ years in agency or consulting.
• Experience counseling senior executives through crises and issues.
• Expertise in corporate reputation and brand protection.
• Strong digital analytics and data interpretation skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Experience delivering media and crisis training.

Responsibilities

• Navigate a range of complex, high-profile corporate issues /crisis communications situations.
• Serve as the day-to-day client contact – providing account support and counsel.
• Lead data-driven industry and topic analysis to inform strategy, including AI and media tools.
• Develop and draft crisis plans, media strategies, reactive statements, memos, and simulations.
• Collaborate with senior leads to achieve client success and provide industry perspectives.
• Train and mentor emerging talent and help grow the team.
• Provide regular counsel and liaise with global partners for market insights.
• Keep programs on schedule and within budget.
• Participate in new business development for the team and cross‑practice collaboration.
