Qualifications

• 1–2 years of professional experience in an agency/strategic consulting setting.
• BA or BS in Political Science, History, Journalism, International Relations or similar field.
• Knowledge of basic PR skills and client service; proficient with Microsoft Office and media monitoring platforms.

Responsibilities

• Serve as key team member supporting diverse crisis and issues engagements; monitor client issues and triage as needed.
• Help develop press materials, crisis plans, talking points, FAQs, memos and crisis simulations.
• Capture notes and manage action items in client meetings; support project tracking and timelines.
• Translate current events into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for clients.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and cross‑office teams on assignments and staffing.
