Job summary

TransUnion LLC in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a Rep III, Membership and Credentialing, to manage credentialing cases and ensure permissible product use. The role blends remote and in-person work with regular collaboration across Sales and business units.

You will conduct due diligence, verify regulatory compliance, mentor teammates, and drive process improvements in credentialing across international markets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years handling credentialing or recredentialing for clients.
• Experience with complex cases across multiple regions.
• Knowledge of federal/state/local and international regulatory requirements.
• Assess permissible purpose and compliance with credentialing policies.
• Apply policies consistently and suggest improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage credentialing and recredentialing cases in US and international markets.
• Authenticate end users and verify permissible use of products.
• Evaluate use of products for geographic and regulatory alignment.
• Perform due diligence using approved tools and research methods.
• Assess business legitimacy against regulatory requirements.
• Respond to client inquiries timely and professionally.
• Serve as subject-matter expert; mentor team members.
• Identify process gaps and propose improvements.
• Collaborate with Sales and other groups on credentialing decisions.
