We're looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, high-impact creative projects that support brand growth across multiple channels. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys partnering with cross-functional teams, and brings a strong blend of project leadership, strategic thinking, and process expertise.
Responsibilities
- Lead multiple creative projects from planning through closeout, ensuring work is delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with objectives.
- Serve as a central point of coordination for strategists, creative teams, business partners, internal stakeholders, and external collaborators.
- Manage the most complex and critical projects while maintaining clarity on priorities, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
- Develop, maintain, and organize project plans and documentation in project management tools.
- Track progress, budgets, forecasts, expenditures, and reporting metrics in partnership with Operations.
- Identify issues, risks, and scope changes early, elevate appropriately, and help guide solutions.
- Support onboarding, process improvement, and change management efforts as a project management subject matter expert.
- Mentor and support junior and mid-level project managers by sharing guidance, feedback, and best practices.
- Help connect creative work to broader business goals, brand priorities, and audience engagement efforts.
- Participate in project reviews and lessons-learned discussions to strengthen future delivery and continuous improvement.
Skills
- 7+ years of project management experience, preferably in a creative agency or related environment.
- Strong background managing creative workflows, cross-functional teams, and multiple simultaneous projects.
- Ability to balance priorities, manage deadlines, and keep complex projects moving forward.
- Experience with project documentation, reporting, forecasting, and budget oversight.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and levels.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify risks and take proactive action.
- Ability to mentor others and contribute to a supportive, team-oriented environment.
- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or a related field.
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting events, tradeshows, or experiential marketing projects.
- PMP certification or a similar project management credential.
- Experience contributing to onboarding, process design, or change management initiatives.
- Familiarity with brand-driven creative campaign development.
- Ability to influence ideas, connect related workstreams, and support strategic storytelling.
