• Strong budgeting, staffing, forecasting, and negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Champion production as a creative discipline that enhances ideas, not just execution.
• Partner with Creative Leadership from early stages to identify the strongest path.
• Elevate craft across media, encouraging experimentation and new forms.
• Oversee production across film, social, photography, design, experiential, digital, and emerging platforms.
• Provide senior leadership on complex productions and client accounts.
• Lead projects when executive production leadership is needed.
