Accenture Song seeks an Associate Design Director to bring concepts to life, mentor juniors, and build strong cross-functional relationships. You will present work internally and to clients, guiding design direction and strategy across campaigns and enduring brand ecosystems.

The role emphasizes leading design initiatives, collaborating across disciplines, and delivering high-caliber creative work with clients. This position is based in the United States (Arlington, VA).

Qualifications

• Portfolio or samples of work demonstrating smart, brand-building designs and executions
• 5+ years of design experience at a Design firm, Advertising Agency or related industry
• Strong presentation and client-facing skills

Responsibilities

• Concept and direct design ideas of the highest caliber
• Lead a team of junior and mid-level staff in an open and supportive way, providing clear and solution-oriented feedback
• Persuasively present work and own client interactions at all levels
• Provide strategic, innovative insights for the development of client deliverables
• Conduct group ideation sessions
• Understand the difference between creating a campaign versus a long-term ecosystem or brand vision, and execute accordingly
• Efficiently manage multiple clients and deliverables at once, working proactively and independently, with minor support from more senior design leads
