Qualifications

• 10 years of hands-on production management or project management experience in creative/production agency.
• Experience in fast-paced working environments.
• Experience working across US/UK/APAC global teams.
• Strong understanding of multiple design-to-deliver creative workflows.
• Experience in managing digital production and familiar with CMS-based workflows.
• Experience with digital asset management tools and processes.
• Experience in Agile methodology to manage workflow.
• Strong Asana expertise.
• Familiar with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or similar for workflow automation and creative output improvement.

Responsibilities

• Translate briefs into clear production plans with scope, timelines, resources, risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones.
• Manage end-to-end production workstreams across digital, video, design, copywriting, ensuring on-time delivery and brand standards.
• Coordinate agency workflows and budget for large or complex projects.
• Oversee website production from design to development, including intake, CMS coordination, QA, approvals, and post-launch assets.
• Own and improve digital asset management practices including metadata, versioning, and rights guidance.
• Use Asana to plan work, manage dependencies, surface risks, and align collaborators.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Legal, Finance, People, BU, Sales to clarify requirements and drive delivery decisions.
• Drive video production workflows from pre-production to post-production and asset delivery.
