Job summary

Newmark Group, Inc. is seeking a Senior Transaction Manager to lead end-to-end transaction activity for a key client on a global basis.

You will serve as the client’s Single Point of Contact, coordinating across markets and working with Lease Administration and Portfolio Strategy teams to align transactions with real estate objectives. The role requires 7+ years in corporate real estate transaction management, strong client relationships, and a consultative, executive-facing approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or real estate is required.
• Minimum 7+ years of progressive corporate real estate transaction management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multi-market or global accounts.
• Client-facing role with strong relationship management and executive presence.
• Proficiency in MS Office including Excel and PowerPoint; analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead all transaction activity for the client across markets globally.
• Coordinate with Lease Administration and Portfolio Strategy teams.
• Prepare financial analyses (NPV, IRR) to evaluate scenarios.
• Manage third-party brokers and ensure data integrity and timelines.
• Mentor transaction management staff and ensure high client service levels.
