Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Country Study Manager to lead study-level activities, oversee CROs and vendors, and align feasibility strategies across countries and regions. You will manage training, timelines, budgets and risk mitigation to ensure successful trial delivery.

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, support recruitment plans and document development while maintaining inspection readiness and process improvements across trials.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of clinical research experience gained with a CRO, biotech or pharmaceutical company working on phase I-IV global clinical trials.
• 2-3 years leading aspects of global clinical trials.
• Experience working with CROs.

Responsibilities

• Manage integration of project team activities.
• Oversee study operations including regulatory submissions, drug supply, enrollment, document flow, timelines and budgets.
• Provide input on trial level operational strategies from protocol design to final report.
