Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Country Study Manager in the United States to oversee trial-level activities, including document creation, vendor oversight, training, and country-specific CRO delivery. You will align feasibility, target setting, risk reviews, and country challenges affecting study delivery, while managing budgets, timelines, and stakeholder communications.

The role includes onboarding new team members and coordinating with internal partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of clinical research experience with CROs, biotech or pharma in global trials.
• 2-3 years leading aspects of global clinical trials.
• Experience working with CROs and CRO vendors.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Manage integration of project team activities.
• Oversee study operations including sites, regulatory submissions, drug supply, enrollment, and budgets.
• Provide input on trial level operational strategies from protocol design to final report.
• Contribute to global subject recruitment plans.
• Manage CRO/vendor identification, setup, and budget oversight.
• Create and update critical trial documents.
• Support training materials at compound and protocol level.
• Review budgets, timelines, and forecasts for studies.
• Support inspection readiness activities with risk mitigation.
• Participate in process improvements at trial and department levels.
• Manage relationships between sites and vendors; interface with stakeholders.
• Support onboarding of new team members; attend stakeholder meetings.
