Parexel in the United States is seeking a Country Study Manager responsible for executing study-level activities, including trial-specific documents, CRO oversight, and country/regional delivery, aligning feasibility strategy, target setting, risk reviews, and country impact.

You will lead integration of project teams, manage budgets and timelines, vendor relationships, training materials, and inspections readiness, with approximately 10% travel.

Formación

• 5+ years of clinical research experience in CRO/biotech/pharma with global trials (Phase I–IV).
• 2–3 years leading aspects of global clinical trials.

Responsabilidades

• Manage integration of project team activities.
• Oversee strategic study operations including sites, regulatory submissions, drug supply, enrollment, regulatory document flow, timelines, budgets, and data flow.
• Provide input on trial-level operational strategies from protocol design to final study report.
• Contribute to global subject/patient recruitment plans.
• Oversee CRO/vendor identification, setup, statements of work, and budget oversight.
