Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Country Study Manager to lead study-level activities, including vendor oversight, trial documentation, and country/regional CRO delivery. You will align feasibility strategy, target setting, risk reviews, and address country challenges impacting study delivery.

You will manage CRO/vendors, budgets, timelines, and stakeholder communications, while supporting training and onboarding of team members and contributing to process improvements across trials.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of clinical research experience with a CRO, biotech or pharmaceutical company.
• 2-3 years leading aspects of global clinical trials
• Experience working with CROs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee study-level activities and trial delivery with CROs and vendors.
• Develop and review trial documents, budgets, timelines, and forecasts.
• Support feasibility strategy, risk reviews, and inspection readiness.
• Coordinate stakeholder meetings and onboarding of new team members.
• Interface with internal stakeholders and manage site/vendor relationships.
