Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Clinical research experience in CRO/biotech/pharma preferred.
• Ability to manage complex trials with global CROs and vendors.

• Coordinate integration of project team activities across trials.
• Oversee study operations including regulatory submissions, drug supply, enrollment and data flow.
• Input on trial-level operational strategies from protocol design to final study report.
• Contribute to global subject/patient recruitment plans.
• Manage CRO/vendor identification and day-to-day operational management and budget oversight.
• Create and update critical trial documents.
• Support development of training materials for compounds and protocols.
• Review budgets, timelines, and forecasts for assigned studies.
• Support inspection readiness and risk mitigation at trial level.
• Participate in process improvement at trial and department levels.
• Manage relationships between sites and vendors and interfaces with stakeholders.
• Support onboarding of new team members and attendance at stakeholder meetings.
