Molex seeks a Global Process Owner - Costing to shape costing across a global manufacturing network. This role drives strategy, governance, and operating frameworks for cost decisions across regions and sites, partnering with Finance, Supply Chain, IT, and operations to standardize processes.

The ideal candidate excels at solving complex challenges, building structure where none exists, and influencing global stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-impact costing capabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in cost accounting and product costing across manufacturing.
• Experience governing finance and operational processes.
• Proven ability to partner with cross-functional teams to drive improvements.
• Ability to analyze complex issues and influence decisions across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the global vision and roadmap for product costing across Molex.
• Define enterprise-wide costing policies and standards for consistency.
• Lead scalable end-to-end costing processes with governance and controls.
• Partner with Supply Chain Finance, Operations, IT, and global councils to align processes.
• Establish governance routines, metrics, and accountability for adoption and compliance.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and modernize costing processes as business evolves.
• Support major initiatives and ERP modernization to scale costing with growth.
• Influence leadership to implement innovative costing solutions that create value.
