Koch Capabilities Finance seeks a Global Invoice to Pay (ITP) Operations Leader to drive delivery and transformation for Molex. This role serves as the single operational contact, translating priorities into a global approach and guiding regional teams.

You will lead via influence, set priorities, and shape strategy with Molex leaders to improve outcomes. In a matrix model you’ll manage regional leaders, drive performance metrics, and advance process transformation across the global ITP

Qualifications

• Experience owning operational outcomes.
• Experience leading or executing accounts payment processes.
• Ability to manage team priorities effectively and hold team members accountable.
• Experience influencing without authority through building rapport and relationships.
• Ability to communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Molex leaders to define service delivery expectations and recommendations.
• Lead outcomes in a matrix model and guide regional service delivery through influence.
• Develop global performance metrics and benchmarks to drive best-in-class service.
• Drive continuous transformation by framing recommendations to senior leadership.
