Job summary

Molex is seeking a Global Process Owner - Costing to shape how costing is managed across a global manufacturing network. You will define strategy, governance, and an operating framework that drives costing decisions across regions, units, and sites.

You will lead scalable end-to-end costing processes, establish controls, and partner with Supply Chain Finance, IT, and Operations to deliver value, simplify and modernize processes as the business grows.

Qualifications

• Experience in cost accounting, product costing, manufacturing or supply chain finance.
• Experience governing or improving finance and operational processes.
• Ability to influence decisions across cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the global vision, strategy, and roadmap for product costing across Molex.
• Define and maintain enterprise-wide costing policies, frameworks, and standards for plants and units.
• Lead the design and documentation of scalable end-to-end costing processes with governance and controls.
• Partner with Supply Chain Finance, Operations, IT, and Global Costing Council on challenges.
• Establish governance routines, metrics, and accountability for global adoption.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and modernize costing processes.
• Support major initiatives and system transformations to scale costing with growth.
• Influence stakeholders to implement innovative solutions that create long-term value.
