Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, business administration, supply chain management or related field; 5+ years in procurement/cost-out management, or 9 years in procurement/cost-out management.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and international travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost-out initiatives across global procurement networks.
• Plan, steer, and monitor cost-out projects with milestones and savings targets.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Logistics, Finance, and Production.
• Perform market analyses, supplier evaluations, and Should-Cost assessments.
• Define standards for cost-out methodology, reporting, and KPIs.
