Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in law enforcement, criminal justice, security or a related field.
• 15+ years in security roles with leadership experience in large, international manufacturing.
• Knowledge of security operations, regulations and industry standards.
• Experience with change management and policy implementation.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, supervision and development of Corporate Security Team.
• Define and execute strategy, programs, training, risk assessments and actions to identify and mitigate security risks.
• Establish and oversee the global corporate security operating model, including guard force management and vendor governance.
• Collaborate with IT and cybersecurity to integrate physical and information security controls.
• Monitor and manage travel security platform and coordinate responses to security risks.
• Lead investigations and coordinate with law enforcement for major threats or events.
• Coordinate Corporate Crisis Management responses.
• Prepare and manage annual budget for Corporate Security.
• Develop and maintain security performance metrics and reporting processes.
