OpenKrill is seeking an experienced Corporate Security Manager to lead and develop our global security function. You will oversee investigations, fraud prevention, employee-related security risks and physical security across our international operations, leading a team of specialists and strengthening security processes.

You will coordinate with HR, Legal and Cyber Defense, ensuring proper evidence handling, risk-based controls, and clear escalation paths while maintaining robust incident

Competenze

• Lead sensitive internal investigations from intake to closure with evidence checks.
• Translate findings into risk-based control improvements and remediation actions.
• Coordinate with HR, Legal and Finance on sensitive employee and screening cases.

Mansioni

• Own the Corporate Security operating model and escalations within delegated authority.
• Manage case intake, prioritisation, assignment and closure records with evidence standards.
• Lead complex investigations into insider misuse, privileged abuse and operational fraud.
• Oversee background screening alignment with HR and Legal.
• Track control gaps and remediation commitments; report on risks and escalation.
