Job summary

Flex is seeking a Senior Director of Corporate Real Estate based in Austin, TX, to lead a global portfolio of approximately 12 million sq ft across 60+ leases. You will develop strategies aligned with SpinCo objectives, optimize space use, and drive capital projects worldwide.

The role partners with facilities, finance, HR, and legal to ensure compliant, cost-effective operations and strong ROI, while mentoring a high-performing CRE team.

Qualifications

• At least 12 years of corporate real estate management experience.
• Global manufacturing footprint management experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling abilities.
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a corporate real estate strategy aligned with the company’s long-term goals.
• Oversee site selection, acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and property management.
• Lead negotiations for leases, acquisitions, and sales; ensure favorable terms.
• Manage the development pipeline and execution of major facility CAPEX projects.
