Qualifications

• 10+ years progressive experience in corporate fundraising or partnerships.
• 5+ years managing teams.
• Proven record of multi-year, multi-million partnerships.
• Strong frontline relationship management with executives.
• Experience at international organization preferred.
• Strategic, analytical thinker with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop, lead, and implement a global corporate relations strategy and annual plan to grow revenue.
• Manage a portfolio of high-value corporate partners and prospects, including cultivation and renewal.
• Collaborate with CEO, senior leadership, and country offices to expand corporate giving.
• Represent Oceana at industry events to identify new partners and opportunities.
• Oversee proposals, program budgets, and tailored partner communications.
• Set global best practices for partnerships and lead cross-department collaboration.
