NCR Voyix is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to support governance, compliance, and related legal operations from its Atlanta office. The role involves ensuring regulatory adherence, maintaining entity records, and enabling scalable processes across the legal and risk teams.

The successful candidate will have 5+ years of corporate paralegal experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and a Notary Public credential or willingness to obtain one.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years corporate paralegal experience preferred.
• Notary Public appointment or willingness to obtain.
• Strong judgment, confidentiality, and ethics.

Responsabilités

• Researching international, federal, state, and local regulatory requirements.
• Developing, implementing and monitoring compliance programs, policies and procedures.
• Coordinating with a variety of departments to ensure corporate documents and operational procedures align with legal standards.
• Assisting with legal entity management activities, including maintaining records, tracking local reporting obligations, and organizing and retaining entity data.
• Providing operational and administrative support for playbooks, templates, and process documents that enable scalable corporate and compliance practices.
• Working with other members of the legal, risk and compliance team on special projects and initiatives.
• Leveraging technology and automation to streamline corporate and compliance processes.
