Job summary

NCR Voyix is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to support governance, compliance, and related legal operations from its Atlanta office. The role involves ensuring regulatory adherence, maintaining entity records, and enabling scalable processes across the legal and risk teams.

The successful candidate will have 5+ years of corporate paralegal experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and a Notary Public credential or willingness to obtain one.

• Assisting with legal entity management activities, including maintaining records, tracking local reporting obligations, and organizing and retaining entity data.
• Providing operational and administrative support for playbooks, templates, and process documents that enable scalable corporate and compliance practices.
• Working with other members of the legal, risk and compliance team on special projects and initiatives.
• Leveraging technology and automation to streamline corporate and compliance processes.

Position Summary

As the Corporate Paralegal, you will support the Company’s corporate governance and compliance functions as part of a collaborative legal, risk, and compliance team. In this role, you will help the Company maintain compliance with global regulatory obligations, improve corporate and compliance processes, and assist with additional legal and operational matters as assigned.

Key Areas of Responsibility

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Strong preference for 5+ years of experience as a corporate paralegal (either at a major law firm or in-house)
