Job summary

Alan is hiring a Corporate Paralegal to own governance operations across multiple jurisdictions, including entity management, board communications, and regulatory reporting. You will help scale governance with AI tools and no-code platforms, collaborating with Finance and People teams to support expansion.

Required are 3+ years in a secretarial paralegal role, strong English and French skills, and a proven ability to automate processes while maintaining legal quality control.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years as a secretarial paralegal (corporate, M&A, finance)
• Solid understanding of corporate governance mechanics
• Experience with AI tooling, no-code/low-code platforms and workflows
• Excellent written and spoken English; French is a plus

Responsibilities

• Oversee core corporate governance and legal transactions with full ownership
• Support entity management, corporate secretarial matters and cross-border projects
• Assist with M&A or fundraising transactions
• Prepare governance documentation for Boards and General Meetings globally
• Build governance playbooks, templates, and documentation improvements
• Automate recurring governance steps and contribute to scalable processes
