Job summary

West Pharmaceutical Services seeks a seasoned Insurance/Risk Manager to support global commercial insurance strategies. You will participate in all phases of property/casualty placements, analyze risk exposures, and help implement risk financing strategies for management decisions.

The role requires at least 5 years in corporate insurance with leadership experience, strong data analytics, and proficiency in MS Office; SAP experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Risk Management or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in corporate insurance.
• Experience managing global policies, handling insurance claims, and strong leadership skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; SAP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Understand and promote Corporate objectives and insurance/risk management requirements.
• Maintain relationships with internal and external clients and understand global P&C marketplace.
• Support negotiations from data compilation to final placement; verify documents and maintain records.
• Coordinate engineering and construction updates with internal stakeholders and carrier responses.
• Monitor compliance with underwriting requirements; coordinate resources for approvals.
• Assist with claims management and reporting.
• Review loss runs and participate in claim strategy with senior management; prepare loss reports.
• Process internal invoicing and billing documents for approval; address billing issues.
