Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day running of the publicity team alongside senior leaders for global press activities and tours.
• Serve as primary contact with publicists/reps for talent needs, including strategy and travel logistics.
• Oversee LATAM publicity needs and international press coordination and scheduling.
• Coordinate with teams to secure talent for global marketing and publicity initiatives and events.
• Create and maintain talent schedules and manage event- and press-related logistics.
