Job summary

GlobalFoundries seeks a Corporate Events Specialist to support the successful delivery of its global event portfolio. You will help manage systems, processes and day-to-day execution to run customer events, executive programs and trade shows smoothly, with exposure to event strategy and potential growth into greater ownership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, event experience, or related field.
• 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Must have at least an overall 3.0 GPA and proven good academic standing.
• Strong organizational skills and demonstrated attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines, large data sets and changing priorities.
• Language Fluency - English (Written & Verbal)
• Travel - Up to 10%

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution activities for customer events, executive engagement programs and industry trade shows.
• Coordinate work across stakeholders, agencies and suppliers to stay organized, on schedule and execution-ready.
• Contribute to high-quality attendee experiences through organization and proactive follow-through.
• Provide onsite support and execution assistance across all phases of event delivery.
• Maintain event documentation, attendee information, project records and reporting tools.
• Support registration, logistics, travel coordination and event technology processes.
• Prepare dashboards, reports and planning materials for stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and increase efficiency.
