You will coordinate customer events, executive programs and trade shows, ensuring smooth execution from planning to on-site delivery while collaborating with Marketing, Communications, and business teams. With 2+ years in event roles and a Bachelor’s in Marketing, you’ll manage timelines, vendors and logistics, and help create excellent attendee experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
• 2+ years of relevant event experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
• Fluent English (written & verbal).
• Travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Support successful event delivery for customer events, executive programs and trade shows.
• Coordinate work across stakeholders, agencies and suppliers to keep projects organized and on schedule.
• Contribute to attendee experiences through strong organization and proactive follow-through.
• Provide onsite support and execution assistance across event delivery phases.
• Maintain event operations, systems and documentation for reporting.
• Assist with registration, logistics, travel coordination and event technology processes.
• Prepare dashboards and planning materials to track progress for stakeholders.
