Universal Display Corporation (NASDAQ: OLED) in Ewing, NJ, seeks a Corporate Counsel to advise on corporate, commercial and compliance matters and to support day-to-day operations for U.S. and international clients.

The ideal candidate has a JD, at least 3 years of corporate law experience, NJ bar admission (or eligibility), and strong drafting and negotiation skills; travel is possible in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Minimum of 3 years of corporate law experience, in-house or law firm.
• New Jersey bar admission in good standing, or eligible and willing to become licensed in NJ.
• Strong drafting and negotiating skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel and international/global experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support diverse corporate, commercial and compliance matters.
• Draft, review and advise on commercial agreements and related documents.
• Develop and oversee company policies, compliance programs and training.
• Advise on data privacy and enterprise risk management.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and governance teams on risk and reporting.
