Cohere is seeking a versatile corporate and regulatory lawyer to join our Legal team. Reporting to the Senior Governance Counsel, you will support a global portfolio of corporate governance, entity and intercompany matters, together with cross-border regulatory, trade and compliance workstreams.

This role is designed for a lawyer with a strong corporate foundation who has also developed meaningful regulatory and trade experience.

Qualificações

• Qualified lawyer with strong corporate foundation and cross-border exposure.
• Experience across subsidiary governance, structuring and intercompany arrangements.
• Exposure to export controls, sanctions and regulatory compliance in international contexts.

Responsabilidades

• Support global corporate governance and entity matters, including subsidiary governance and restructuring.
• Coordinate intercompany agreements and cross-border operating arrangements across jurisdictions.
• Oversee cross-border regulatory workstreams including foreign investment screening and regulatory diligence.
• Coordinate export-control and sanctions compliance and translate requirements into internal guidelines.
• Support public-sector and regulated-market opportunities with sovereignty and market-access considerations.
• Coordinate internal and external counsel across jurisdictions and drive workstreams to practical outcomes.
• Own matters within remit and scale approaches as Cohere expands internationally.
