Job summary

International SOS seeks a Corporate Counsel in the Americas Legal team to support our Subscription Services business from Houston, TX. You will provide practical legal guidance on commercial contracts, privacy, compliance, governance, and operations while partnering with leaders across the organization.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in the United States.
• 1–3 years of experience in a law firm and/or in-house legal department.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of commercial contracting, compliance, and regulatory matters.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements (customer, vendor, NDAs).
• Support complex commercial transactions and strategic business initiatives.
• Review terms in RFPs, tenders, and client proposals.
• Provide guidance on contract escalations and internal contract management.
