Job summary

Vaco by Highspring is seeking a Global Corporate Controller in Atlanta to lead worldwide accounting operations and help build a scalable finance organization during an exciting growth phase.

Reporting to the CFO, you will own the close, consolidations, inventory and cost accounting, financial reporting, audits, treasury, and regulatory compliance while partnering on acquisitions and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Active CPA designation required.
• 11–13+ years of progressive accounting leadership experience.
• Big 4 or national public accounting firm audit experience required.
• Experience in a private equity-backed environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, and global accounting operations.
• Experience leading accounting operations across multiple countries, entities, and currencies.
• Ability to build scalable accounting processes and infrastructure in a growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes worldwide.
• Manage global consolidations, inventory and cost accounting, and financial reporting.
• Oversee audits, regulatory compliance, and treasury activities.
• Partner with executive leadership on acquisitions and integration initiatives.
• Develop an international accounting organization as new entities are added.
