Job summary

Curran Recruiting is seeking a globally focused Controller for a PE-backed software company. The role is remote today, but the candidate must be local to Atlanta as an office will open there in the future.

The Global Controller will lead the worldwide accounting and financial reporting, partner with the CFO on strategy, and develop a strong local presence while scaling processes and controls to support high growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field is required.
• Active CPA license is required.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Global accounting experience is required.
• Experience building out and leading large teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global accounting function and financial reporting.
• Partner closely with the CFO on strategy and key initiatives.
• Lead and develop the global team while building out a strong local presence.
• Strengthen and scale accounting processes, systems, and controls.
• Contribute to the organization’s growth and broader strategic priorities.
