Job summary

Acrow Corporation of America seeks a Global Corporate Controller to lead the worldwide accounting function, ensure GAAP compliance, and strengthen financial reporting across domestic and international subsidiaries. Based in Parsippany, NJ, the role reports to the CFO and drives policy, controls, and system improvements.

The ideal candidate will be hands-on, develop the finance organization, manage audits, and partner with senior leaders across geographies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 8–10 years of progressively responsible accounting/finance experience.
• Experience with international subsidiaries and multi-entity reporting.
• CPA designation preferred.
• Strong Excel skills and financial modeling.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight of the accounting function across domestic and international operations.
• Lead monthly close, consolidation, and internal financial statements.
• Maintain understanding of business drivers; investigate variances and trends.
• Prepare analyses of monthly results vs budget and forecast.
• Partner with senior leadership to improve profitability and efficiency.
• Assist in annual budget, projections, and cash forecasts; reforecasts.
• Develop and refine company-wide KPIs and management reporting.
• Ensure U.S. GAAP compliance and IFRS policy implementation.
• Oversee internal controls and audit coordination; support external auditors.
• Manage accounting policies for subsidiaries and intercompany activity.
• Evaluate and enhance financial systems and reporting capabilities.
