Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (legal, business, public policy, HR, or related field preferred).
• 5–8+ years of relevant experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, legal operations, HR compliance, or related areas.
• Proven ability to interpret and apply complex regulations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-starter with ability to operate independently without subject-matter supervision.

Responsibilities

• Own corporate center compliance obligations (HR, legal/regulatory, sustainability).
• Interpret and analyze new regulations to determine applicability and compliance requirements.
• Lead and facilitate compliance-related working groups across business units.
• Develop and deliver compliance training and communications.
• Manage the global sustainability regulatory ecosystem.
• Serve as a resource to business units for compliance guidance.
• Engage and manage external vendors and consultants for regulatory compliance.
• Act as the primary point of contact for compliance inquiries within the corporate center.
• Foster a proactive compliance culture.
