Landis+Gyr is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Corporate Communications to lead enterprise thought leadership, corporate and executive communications, and internal and change communications. The role partners with Marketing, Sales, HR, Investor Relations, Legal and regional teams to run an integrated editorial program and ensure the company narrative remains consistent.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of progressive experience in corporate communications or related fields.
• Experience leading communications programs for multiple audiences in a global, matrixed org.
• Strong writing, editing, storytelling and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
• Ability to advise senior leaders and prepare spokespeople for media, employees and partners.
• Experience delivering thought leadership and proactive media programs.

Responsabilités

• Lead enterprise narrative, thought leadership, corporate media and internal communications.
• Partner with executives to create bylines, speeches and social content.
• Build a pipeline of spokespeople and emerging thought leaders.
• Manage media inquiries and rapid-response communications with leadership.
• Develop an internal communications calendar aligned with strategic priorities.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts across Marketing, Sales, HR, Investor Relations, Legal.
• Oversee external partners, budgets and communication workflows.
