Job summary

IDEX Corporation seeks a Manager of Corporate Communications to design and execute enterprise communication plans across a global portfolio of businesses. You will partner with HR, IT, Finance and Legal, delivering messaging that informs and engages employees and external stakeholders.

This hybrid role offers exposure to senior leaders, fast-paced programs and opportunities to influence culture, transformation and strategy across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Business or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, marketing communications or a related discipline.
• Excellent writing, editing and storytelling skills with ability to adapt content for different audiences and channels.
• Strong interpersonal skills to influence across a global, matrixed organization.
• Excellent organizational, project management and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with executive communications and employee engagement initiatives preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee enterprise communication channels (intranet, town halls, emails, social media, newsroom).
• Analyze metrics and provide insights to improve campaigns and channels.
• Explore new channels to support communication strategy.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to improve content development and reach while maintaining quality.
• Coordinate content sharing across businesses and teams and celebrate milestones.
• Design and execute communications for enterprise initiatives (M&A, sustainability, culture).
• Serve as an enterprise communications expert and develop self-serve solutions.
• Translate complex topics into clear messages for internal and external stakeholders (earnings, annual reports, investor presentations).
• Support executive communications including presentations, talking points, videos, speeches, messages.
• Coordinate enterprise-wide announcements with timing and audience in mind.
• Support planning of global town halls, employee broadcasts, leadership meetings.
• Promote company values, culture and performance through storytelling.
