Docusign is seeking a Corporate Card Manager to oversee a worldwide T&E card program, ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and smooth cardholder experience across regions. This role sits in the Finance Shared Services team and reports to the Senior Manager, Travel & Expense.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years managing large-scale T&E programs, strong Excel skills, and a track record mentoring teams while driving process improvements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years managing a global Travel & Expense (T&E) card program.
• Experience with manual reconciliations and month-end close.
• Excel expertise including pivot tables and complex formulas.
• Experience mentoring a team and influencing stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Architect and manage a global corporate card program across regions.
• Partner with banking institutions to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Monitor banking platforms to ensure uptime and timely payments.
• Develop dashboards for leadership visibility on KPIs and spend trends.
• Lead end-to-end month-end card reconciliation and audit-ready docs.
