The Opportunity

The Global Corporate Brand Manager is a key member of our newly formed Global Marketing and Technical Excellence (GMTE) team. This team will establish global strategies for key categories within the Dechra portfolio. The individual will lead the development and execution of the company's global brand identity across all markets, channels, and stakeholders. The role involves ensuring brand consistency, relevance, and impact across diverse geographies in the animal health space. This high-visibility position is ideal for a strategic thinker with a strong background in life sciences or animal health, experienced in navigating complex, global organizations.


Responsibilities

This role has a broad scope, and the successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Global Brand Strategy & Positioning: Lead the evolution of the global brand strategy, defining and driving the brand positioning, narrative, and messaging aligned with business growth, scientific innovation, and animal welfare. Deploy messaging frameworks and visualizations to elevate Dechra and its products.
  • Brand Governance & Identity: Own and evolve global brand guidelines, ensuring a unified visual and verbal identity across all countries and business units. Serve as the global brand ambassador, advising regional teams to ensure consistent brand implementation. Collaborate with commercial teams to develop guidelines that support strategic alignment and consistency across products and therapeutic areas.
  • Integrated Marketing and Measurement: Manage global creative and branding agencies to ensure high-quality, on-brand deliverables. Oversee the use of corporate branding at major conferences, trade shows, and veterinary congresses. Conduct brand health studies, competitive benchmarking, and audience insights at global and regional levels. Use data to refine brand architecture and optimize branding investments.

  • At least 12 years of global experience in branding and commercial strategy within animal health, pharmaceuticals, or life sciences.
