Our client is seeking an accomplished B2B Ingredient Brand/Business Manager to drive growth and market presence for their growing ingredient portfolio. The ideal candidate will have experience with nutraceutical commodities or branded ingredients and have strong a business acumen, market insight, project management, and technical background (preferably in nutrition science). This role requires both strategic vision and hands-on execution to develop marketing strategies, deliver product presentations, and enhance brand equity in the B2B sector.

**This position is fully remote

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy:

  • Develop and execute B2B brand strategies aligned with company goals. Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs. Define positioning and messaging for B2B audiences.

Business Operations:

  • Understand P&L, sales forecasting, and commercialization. Collaborate with operations, R&D, and supply chain to ensure product availability and process improvements.
  • Stay current on B2B ingredient trends, regulations, and technology. Translate technical details into clear market messages. Represent customer needs with suppliers.
  • Work with sales managers to advance new projects and maintain a strong product pipeline. Manage multiple projects, track progress, and mitigate risks.

Communication & Marketing:

  • Deliver clear, compelling presentations and collaborate on marketing materials. Support sales with effective tools and strategies.

Technical Expertise:

  • Use a technical background (nutrition science preferred) to understand product functionality and regulations. Translate scientific data into commercial messaging and support sales teams.

Self-Driven & Adaptable:

  • Work independently, show initiative, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Nutrition Science, Food Science, Chemistry, or related field.
  • 5+ years’ experience in B2B brand management or product marketing (ingredients, food & beverage, or nutraceuticals).
  • Proven success in launching B2B brands/products.
  • Strong market research, financial, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency with marketing platforms, CRM, and Microsoft Office.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Annual salary range: $110,000–$120,000
  • Comprehensive health and dental coverage
  • Paid time off
