Responsibilities

• Serve as primary support contact for daily Corporate Actions operations and research.
• Review and validate dividend, mandatory, and voluntary events; resolve exceptions and risk.
• Collaborate with global teams to oversee entitlement and liability processing.
• Monitor and process voluntary corporate action elections promptly.
• Reconcile entitlements against prime broker and custodian reports.
• Act as SME to respond to inquiries from trading desks and technology.
• Partner with technology to enhance operations and automate entitlement bookings.
• Assist with evolving risk and controls for smooth processing
