Fluidstack is hiring a senior accounting leader to own the global monthly and quarterly close in a fast-growing data-center and AI infrastructure company.

You will oversee NetSuite, VisualLease, Zip, Navan, and Brex, mentor the accounting team including offshore shared services, defend US GAAP conclusions, and drive an automation/AI roadmap while ensuring SOX readiness and audit compliance.

Qualifications

• Led global monthly/quarterly close at a high-growth tech company.

Responsibilities

• Own the global monthly and quarterly close for payroll, accounts payable, and operating expenses.
• Run the accounting stack in NetSuite, VisualLease, Zip, Navan, and Brex, keeping data clean and audit-ready.
• Write and defend accounting memos on ambiguous transactions.
• Lead and mentor the corporate accounting team and offshore shared services.
• Build automation and AI roadmap while ensuring SOX and internal controls readiness.
