Job summary

Sierra, a human-centered AI platform company headquartered in San Francisco, is seeking a senior finance leader to manage the end-to-end accounting close across global entities. You will own balance sheet reconciliations, review expenses, and drive automation to scale the finance function.

You will lead audits, coordinate with external teams, and spearhead finance transformation initiatives to leverage AI. The role requires a CPA or Big 4 background, and experience with both public and private

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in public and private finance.
• Proficient in US GAAP including revenue recognition and stock-based compensation.
• CPA license and/or Big 4 experience preferred.
• Ability to identify areas for improvement and build AI-enabled finance solutions.
• Desire to drive operational efficiency to scale the accounting function.
