Job summary

Aquent seeks a confident Corporate Access Specialist to join the Global Corporate Access team covering the Americas. You will partner with investment professionals to facilitate targeted engagement with corporate management, IR teams, and industry experts.

You will focus on 1–2 sectors, serve as a bridge between C-suite leadership and the research process, and work with colleagues in North America, Europe, and Asia to coordinate meetings, visits, and events, leveraging CorpAxe and AI-driven

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of direct Corporate Access or related investor relations experience.
• Strong understanding of capital markets and the investment research lifecycle.
• Proven ability to interact with C-suite executives with professionalism and discretion.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, research-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and strengthen relationships with CEOs, CFOs, IR directors, and industry experts.
• Identify and arrange high-impact management meetings, site visits, conferences, and expert interactions.
• Source and coordinate complex scheduling for corporate access events.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Research Data Services, Technology, and Sales across regions.
• Maintain accurate activity metrics in CorpAxe and internal systems.
