Job summary

Qualifications

• 4-year degree required.
• 5+ years in industrial product sales, marketing or product management.
• Willingness to travel 20–30% (including overnight & international).

Responsibilities

• Identify distributor & end-user relationships for research and trials.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis for new products.
• Collaborate with Sales, Distributors to identify opportunities and train.
• Summarize VOC feedback to stakeholders.
• Synthesize inputs from users, distributors and internal teams into CTQs.
• Refine product value proposition and assist marketing collateral.
• Coordinate with Commercial leads on forecasts and supply chain.
• Work with Brand and Commercial teams on promotional activities.
• Manage lifecycle and pricing for legacy products.
• Execute timely tactical actions to hit annual plan targets.
• Take on additional assignments for business and personal growth.
