Qualificações
- Background in refrigeration, HVAC, mechatronics or a similar technical field.
- Field service experience is a strong advantage.
- Hands-on, resourceful and passionate about technology.
- Comfortable travelling and working independently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer-first attitude.
Responsabilidades
- Diagnose issues, troubleshoot failures and get customers back up and running.
- Upgrade, optimize and improve system performance.
- Support customers on-site with technical expertise and practical solutions.
- Work across Canada and the USA on exciting projects; collaborate with an international team.
