Job summary

Schweitzer Project Spa is seeking a technically skilled field service professional to commission, diagnose and repair advanced refrigeration and Waterloop systems. You will troubleshoot issues on-site, upgrade performance, and support customers across North America.

The role requires hands-on problem solving, comfort with independent travel, and strong English communication; German or Italian is a plus, and a valid driver's license is expected.

Qualifications

• Background in Refrigeration, HVAC, Mechatronics or a similar technical field.
• Field service experience is a strong advantage.
• Hands-on, resourceful and passionate about technology.
• Comfortable travelling and working independently.
• Strong problem-solving skills and customer-first attitude.
• Good English skills; German or Italian is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Commission, service and repair advanced refrigeration and Waterloop systems.
• Diagnose issues, troubleshoot failures and get customers back up and running.
• Upgrade, optimize and improve system performance.
• Support customers on-site with technical expertise and practical solutions.
• Work across Canada and the USA on exciting projects.
