Job summary

Finlays Solutions in Glenview, IL seeks a Chief Operations Officer to lead our world-class operations across multiple regions, driving a growth plan and ensuring financial strength through operational excellence. Reporting to the CEO, the COO will align manufacturing, supply chain, health and safety to support strategic goals.

You will shape strategy, scale facilities, and develop high‑performing teams while overseeing multi‑site manufacturing and global procurement.

Qualifications

• Experience in food & beverage manufacturing and private label/branded products.
• Experience in beverage manufacturing.
• 15+ years of operations experience.
• Global experience or sitting COO
• Track record of driving operational improvements across a complex, multi-site organization.
• Experience implementing best-in-class manufacturing practices.
• Experience leading a multi-region supply chain function.
• FDA facility experience.
• Experience building new facilities and scaling operations.
• Experience integrating acquisitions.
• Multi-regional experience.
• Results-oriented mindset and track record.
• Demonstrated ability to build high-performing teams.
• Ability to influence collaboratively across an organization; adaptable to culture.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate in the development and execution of the business vision and strategy with the SLT.
• Provide direct and motivational leadership of Manufacturing and Supply Chain functions.
• Drive best-in-class manufacturing practices to optimize productivity, quality and efficiency.
• Lead Health, Safety, and Environmental strategy and continuous improvements.
• Develop direct reports through performance management and talent development.
