Job summary

Vida Group International is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to lead global operations across multi-site manufacturing facilities in the US and Mexico. The role focuses on lean integration to boost productivity and drive strategic objectives with the CEO.

The COO will guide cross-functional teams, optimize processes, and ensure performance against financial and operational goals while embedding a culture of continuous improvement and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Demonstrated success in lean manufacturing and operational excellence.
• Global purchasing, supply chain management, and procurement strategy experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to optimize global operations.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of operational professionals.
• Oversee lean manufacturing strategies and waste elimination.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on quality, supply chain, and inventory.
• Establish KPIs and monitor performance; drive corrective actions as needed.
• Develop purchasing strategies and manage supplier relationships.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Stay informed on industry trends to drive process improvements.
• Ensure regulatory, safety, quality, and environmental compliance.
• Partner with executive leadership to align strategic objectives.
