Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related ABET-accredited field.
• 2–4 years hands-on experience in industrial automation.
• Willingness to travel internationally and to STIWA Group headquarters in Austria.

Responsibilities

• Program, build, and validate control systems with pneumatics, servos, VFDs, and HMI touchscreens.
• Lead setup and startup of advanced machinery at US and Austria facilities and at customer sites worldwide.
• Refine machines and systems to maximize operational efficiency and reliability.
• Create specifications and comprehensive technical documentation for project success.
• Provide after-sales support and deliver high-level technical training to global clients.
